喝全脂牛奶可以减肥?实情应该是这样才对……

另外我也找到一篇发表在Nutrition Research的研究也指出喝全脂牛奶可以降低肥胖的机率,但学者很保守的下了这样的结论:

In summary, higher total dairy food intake (comprising milk, cheese, and yogurt) was associated with lower prevalences of global and abdominal obesity, and this relationship appears to be driven by whole-fat dairy foods. This study supports the inclusion of recommended intakes of dairy foods, including whole-fat products, as an important part of the diet that could have possible anti-obesity effects.

(简短翻译:较高的乳制品摄取与较低的肥胖率有关,而且全脂乳制品可以加强这样的关联性)

所以牛奶与减少肥胖风险的关联,重点可能是整体乳制品的摄取量,但是全脂可以加强这样的效果!

我在想其中一个原因是全脂的产品比较好喝,所以只要民众会比较乐意摄取乳制品,而让整体乳制品摄取量增加,进而降低肥胖的风险。

除此之外,Willett教授的访谈中其实有提到有些低脂牛奶产品会有添加糖类来取代脂肪的问题:

Also, unfortunately, in many low fat dairy products the fat is replaced by sugar, and these will almost certainly induce more weight gain than the full fat versions.

(简短翻译:不幸的,有些低脂乳制品的油脂被糖取代,所以会引起一些体重的问题)

但是这论点就会被一些书籍或者鼓吹喝全脂的人士过度引申,Willett教授在这边要说的是泛指很多低脂牛奶产品,可能包含调味乳、低脂酸奶或低脂乳酸饮品等等,这些都会加入大量的糖类,反而增加热量的问题,并不是单指低脂牛奶本身!
